Refund policy
At Perfume Peaks, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of perfumes and for hygiene and authenticity reasons, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
- All sales are considered final unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Returns are only accepted under the conditions stated below.
- By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
2. Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
a. Damaged Product
- The item arrives broken, leaking, or visibly damaged.
b. Wrong Item Delivered
- You receive a different product than what you ordered.
c. Missing Items
- Part of your order is missing upon delivery.
📌 Important:
You must report any of the above issues within 24 hours of receiving your order.
3. Non-Eligible Cases
We do NOT accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You didn’t like the scent (fragrance preference is subjective)
- The product has been opened, used, or tampered with
- Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect the product
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Must include all original accessories, box, and wrapping
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required
5. Refund Policy
- If your return is approved, you may receive:
- Replacement (preferred option)
- Store credit
- Refund (case-by-case basis)
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for:
- Damaged items
- Wrong items delivered
- Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange replacement delivery after confirming the issue.

8. Shipping Responsibility
- If the return is due to our mistake → we cover shipping costs
- If otherwise approved (rare cases) → customer may cover shipping
9. Refused Deliveries
- If an order is refused upon delivery without valid reason:
- Future orders may require prepayment
- Delivery fees may not be waived again
