Refund policy

At Perfume Peaks, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of perfumes and for hygiene and authenticity reasons, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy.


1. General Policy

  • All sales are considered final unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Returns are only accepted under the conditions stated below.
  • By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

2. Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

a. Damaged Product

  • The item arrives broken, leaking, or visibly damaged.

b. Wrong Item Delivered

  • You receive a different product than what you ordered.

c. Missing Items

  • Part of your order is missing upon delivery.

📌 Important:
You must report any of the above issues within 24 hours of receiving your order.


3. Non-Eligible Cases

We do NOT accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You didn’t like the scent (fragrance preference is subjective)
  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect the product
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Must include all original accessories, box, and wrapping
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required

5. Refund Policy

  • If your return is approved, you may receive:
    • Replacement (preferred option)
    • Store credit
    • Refund (case-by-case basis)
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for:
    • Damaged items
    • Wrong items delivered
  • Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange replacement delivery after confirming the issue.

8. Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to our mistake → we cover shipping costs
  • If otherwise approved (rare cases) → customer may cover shipping

9. Refused Deliveries

  • If an order is refused upon delivery without valid reason:
    • Future orders may require prepayment
    • Delivery fees may not be waived again
